Payment and Refunds

Dorands currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) for all dress rentals. Refunds, when approved, are issued through bank transfers only. Customers must provide accurate banking information to complete the refund process. Processing time may vary depending on the receiving bank’s procedures.

Customer Responsibilities

By renting from Dorands, you agree to handle dresses respectfully and return them within the agreed rental period. Items should remain unaltered and free from excessive wear. Failure to return rented items may result in additional charges or legal action under Hong Kong contract principles.

Dorands respects your personal information and handles it in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong.
